Solutions to possible errors:
- It worked to rename the CE3X job file. He had previously generated a report and detected that it already existed.
- Reduce the name and the saving path of the Program, for example by transferring it to the desktop.
- Complete all the fields that will appear in the certificate, and do not use names with an accent (including all images, membership … everything)
- Have you tried running the program as Administrator? Use the computer as Administrator, the session you start must be as Administrator.
- In order to correctly generate the report of the CE3X v1.0.0 program, I recommend that you check the installation of the “Calibri” sources. You have to execute "% windir% \ fonts", and check that the fonts file is named: "Calibri.ttf", "Calibrib.ttf" (Bold), "calibriz.ttf" (Bold italic) and "calibrii. ttf ”(italics), and not another name. My font files were not named like that (they had other file names assigned, although they were registered) and until I changed the name to the file and reinstalled them, the report generation did not work.
You must check that you have the fonts installed on the computer that generate the report and that they are named as such.
