Is there an alternative for calculating the energy rating using other software?
We all already know that the programs assigned and approved by the Ministry of Industry for the simplified option in building exist are CE3 and CE3X. In addition to the references for New Construction such as CES, CERMA … etc. And the undoubted, the Lider and Calener.
But… Are there other energy rating programs?
We have tried to make a compilation of different programs that combine this purpose to obtain the Energy Label, or at least an approach to the energy rating of the property through other software. Possibly having more "refined" characteristics than those indicated for the simplified option in existing buildings in Spain, given their implementation for years.
Mainly they are programs used in other countries and that can serve us at some point for an estimation or learning of other ways to obtain the energy rating of a good. As well as different features that can complement or help us in the field of energy efficiency.
Here, if it is true that we will have to know a little English since they are all in the Anglo-Saxon language.
