"The Spanish Association for Quality in Building, has commissioned a prominent Linguistic Expert Cabinet, a report whose objective is to interpret, through grammatical, lexical-semantic and morpho-syntactic analysis of what it says and has to be interpreted in the RD 235/2013. This work is signed by Professors of Spanish Language and Philology. "
We try again to clarify the energy certification from different points, both for the consumer and the Certifying Technician, an analysis of the text of Royal Decree 235/2013, for the Energy Certification of Buildings observed from a different point of view. At the moment, they only give us a part of it, but we will publish each event related to this topic on the web. We hope we don't have too many surprises.
