The web tool is supported by Efinova (The makers of the CE3X application) so we must consider a plus point in the veracity, accuracy and quality that this new web application in energy certification can provide us.

- Orientations: Taking advantage of the compass of these devices, the orientation of the enclosure is automatically collected.
- Speech recognition: You can use this tool to collect information and comments in a fast and agile way that will allow you to document the information obtained and include it in the energy efficiency certificate without having to write it, simply by dictating.
- Photo gallery: You can take all the photos you want with your mobile or tablet so that there is a graphic record of the situation of the property at the time of certification.
- Improvement measures: You can quickly configure the improvement measures, among a selection of measures that we propose and that affect the elements of the envelope and the facilities.

Future developments that arise in the web application in energy certification:
- Incorporate help videos.
- Direct connection with the registry of the corresponding Autonomous Community.
- Lifting of plans, measurement with the mobile or Tablet of the holes and windows.

In my opinion, any new tool always needs some adjustments and obviously in this case it is no less, but the truth is that the web application in energy certification surprises me in many aspects. One point that I want to emphasize and taking into account the «ease in data collection» is that they are involuntarily inducing our clients to become the "Collaborating Technician" and different unspeakable platforms take advantage of this situation even more.

In favor:
- - You get the cadastral reference and the location plan from the address.
- - Allows you to check the orientations of the enclosures by means of a compass.
- - Allows you to generate shadow patterns with the tablet's camera.
- - Allows you to add various photos of the property.
- - With all the data you enter, the CE3X file, the report and the label will be generated.
On the web it is indicated that the future will have a connection with the certificate records, it will allow to raise the plans of the house and more things …
By cons:
- - From what I have seen, it makes many simplifications (even more than those already done by the CE3X program):
- - I think it takes all the enclosures by default, since it does not ask for any composition data.
- - It only allows to introduce shadow profiles in openings, not in facades.
- - In openings, it only allows the introduction of solar protections by overhangs (it does not leave setbacks, slats, …)
- - In the gaps, it is not possible to enter data for percentage of frame, tightness or absorptivity.
- - In boilers the quality of the insulation is not entered, only the age is entered.
- - In boilers it does not allow the real average load value to be entered, nor do I see that it allows it to be calculated for several boilers operating in cascade.
- - In DHW generators it does not allow defining any type of accumulation.
- - It does not allow the introduction of cogenerations.
