• How long do I have to use my tokens within Autodesk? Can they be renewed?

You have one year from the purchase date to use the tokens associated with the Flex model. Since Flex is a pay-as-you-go model, tokens cannot be renewed, but you can purchase more tokens at any time.

• How am I charged for the use of products under the Autodesk Flex model?

You will be charged a daily fee per product once every 24 hours when a user opens and signs in to an Autodesk product included with Flex. Users will not be charged for using multiple versions of a product or if they reopen the product within 24 hours.

• Can I combine the subscription and Flex model on my device?

Yes, administrators can have users with a combination of subscriptions and Flex.

• What Autodesk plan benefits will I get when I buy Autodesk tokens?

The users you have assigned to Flex will automatically receive the benefits of the current plan for their subscriptions. If you do not have an Autodesk subscription, users assigned to Flex will automatically receive the benefits of the Standard plan. • What happens if the Autodesk tokens and my users try to open a product?

If your team does not have enough tokens, users will lose access to Flex and will not be able to open the product. Flex is a pay-as-you-go model. Users will be able to use the products once you purchase more tokens.

• Can I restrict user access to Autodesk products included in Flex?

Administrators can provide access to all products included with Flex to all users, or limit access to specific products or users.

• How are Autodesk tokens different from cloud credits?

Tokens can only be used for products included with Flex. Cloud credits are used for pay-as-you-go cloud services, such as rendering, that are not included in Flex at this time.

• Are there discounts for students or non-profit organizations?

No, the Flex model does not offer discounts for students or non-profit organizations.

• If I purchase the Token Flex model, will it be associated with an Enterprise Business Agreement?

No, only some companies qualify for an Enterprise Business Agreement, with access to the Token Flex model and other benefits.
