Supporting documents DA DB-HE 1 and DA DB-HE 2 to the basic document on energy saving 2013 of the Technical Building Code.
Let us remember that last September the Ministry of Public Works published in the BOE the order FOM / 1635/2013, of September 10, which updates the Basic Document DB-HE of the Technical Building Code. In this new modification, measures were adopted to reduce energy dependence as well as greenhouse gas emissions, within the so-called 20-20-20 objective. Two Supporting Documents of the new Basic Energy Saving Document have now been published. These are the following:

DA DB-HE / 1 Calculation of characteristic parameters of the envelope
Whose objective of this document describes several simplified methods that can be used to calculate the characteristic parameters of the different elements that make up the building's thermal envelope, which does not prevent the use of other proven methods, whether simplified or detailed.

DA DB-HE / 2 Verification of limitation of superficial and interstitial condensation in the cladding
Whose objective of this document describes some procedures that can be used to verify the limitation of superficial and interstitial condensations in living spaces established in the Basic Documents DB-HE and DB-HS of the CTE, which does not prevent the use of other methods. , detailed or simplified, that allow such checks to be carried out with sufficient technical solvency.
