Editable Energy Label Model before the Energy Certificate.
From AVEN (Valencian Energy Agency) They have provided an editable Energy Label model that can always come in handy for a specific case of the energy certification report. Ahem; Show our clients how energy labels will be based on their own work or for any other informal reason that requires a good layout.
We must remember that the Energy Label in the Energy Certificate will be issued by the competent registration body of each Autonomous Community when the registration is made. Which will be identified with an identifying registration number, and that the falsity of said document will be subject to sanctions by the Administration.
In fact, we do not know the reasons why AVEN has provided an editable Energy Label with public access since it may give rise to an error or doubt when obtaining the Energy Label by the consumer.
The link where you can see it is….HERE.
We point out that in the previous models, no reference or distinction is made to: “Finished Building (We also assume existing Building)” and “Construction Building”. Let us remember that the Ministry of Industry identifies:
“Label border: 2 mm stroke on left, top and right edges; and 4 mm stroke on the lower edge - color: for finished buildings: green 85-15-95-30; Y for projects: orange 10-65-100-10.”
Furthermore, the “BIDI” code is not identified as indicated on the official label. For more information on all the characteristics of the Energy Label from the Ministry of Industry "Energy Efficiency Label Model".
As a result of the different debates, we want to add a series of questions or key issues that we believe may interest us all:
- Where is the Label of the EXISTING BUILDING?… Because the model that you have included in the AVEN is the same erroneous model that is available on the Industry website.
- Are we aware of the hypothetical negligence that we could commit when signing an Energy Certificate of an Existing Building, and then giving the client a Label where I put FINISHED BUILDING?
- Let us remember that what is established in RD 235/2013 clearly and clearly differentiates between FINISHED and EXISTING.
