NOTE: Royal Decree Royal Decree 564/2017 and Royal Decree 235/2013 have been annulled by the new regulations on energy certification of Royal Decree 390/2021, published in the BOE on June 1, 2022.
One of the most important points in the field of energy certification is to know the current legislation, and moreover the transposition of Royal Decree 235/2013 to the Autonomous Communities that will directly affect the drafting of the Energy Certificate by the Certifying Technician.
