The Energy Certificate Will it be useful for the owner? It is certainly a difficult issue to quantify. Since the end customer will only understand that they will have to pay "X" for a new mandatory document when buying or renting their property.
From the Certifying Technicians it will be our responsibility to provide a change of opinion to property owners through the energy rating and the drafting of a quality certificate.
