Ana Moreno is a professional and passionate about cooking and healthy life. He trained as a naturopath, in nutrition and dietetics and in Nutritional Coaching, has published books on vegetarian eating and has appeared on television shows about cooking with vegetables. He trained with chef Juliano at the Planet Raw Restaurant in Santa Monica, chef Dan at the Quintaessence Restaurant in New York, with Lalita Salas, director of the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico, and at Matthew Kenney's school at the Thailand headquarters.
Several years ago he created a vegetarian food school and called it Ana Moreno's vegetarian cooking school. This is where he teaches workshops, courses and masters about this type of diet. In addition, there are both face-to-face, remote or online options.
