Sustainable Getech technology

Of course the title of the post is surprising, but it is possible that we are facing technological advances that make such ends possible. Sustainable Getec technology.

From Granada, an engineer with a vocation has invented the sustainable technology system called "Getech". The objective, not to use air conditioning in homes. Given this purpose, we are not going to wait to finish the construction to determine if we need air conditioning or not, we break the chains and act from the construction site focusing on the skin of the Building, the facades. This knowledge of energy efficiency is so involved here, those fundamentals that we already apply to obtain more efficient buildings with sustainable Getech technology.

The phrase that is breaking the mold ""My invention consists of providing buildings with materials that come to life thanks to the laws of physics such as energy capture and storage"

The Getech system is based on six points or objectives to achieve:

1) - And the main concept is to convert sustainable buildings or homes into a store of energy in the form of heat, for which purpose, the materials of said buildings will have a good capacity to capture heat and to store it, at the same time that they will be protected by a global envelope that isolates them from the environment.

2) - Devices and ways of loading and unloading the global energy store.

3) - Behavior or operation of thermal energy in the building, paying special attention to the energy play that takes place in living spaces.

4) - Eliminate the anarchy that occurs in the renewal of the air in our conventional homes, controlling the flow of air that leaves and that enters the construction of sustainable homes and creating a slight overpressure in the internal air.

5) - Energy treatments and control of 1.0 relative humidity that are applied to the renewal air that is introduced into sustainable homes.

6) - Industrialization in the construction of sustainable buildings, through the use of prefabricated workshop products or industrial solutions made "in situ".

As it is a somewhat abstract concept, or at least for me, I have tried to find as much information as possible about it. Difficult to find, I have had to go to invention patents to understand what the future holds with the present invention.

Access to technical details with drawings from the patent in PDF HERE.

As you can see in the videos apparently -according to the inventor- the materials used are cheap. I hope that this virtue continues in the face of the possible intervention of large companies that distort and directly increase the value of the invention.

Do you think it will have the impact it deserves?
