The CE3X program for new construction

What type of property can we certify with the CE3X program?
With this new expansion of the capabilities of the certification program that are processed through a complement that we will have to add, we can now certify:
- All types of existing buildings: the entire range of residential, small-medium tertiary and large tertiary.
- All kinds of new residential buildings
- New tertiary buildings with an installed thermal power equal to or less than 70 kW.
How to update the CE3X program to certify new buildings?
In order to practice the new construction certification we are going to need install a plugin which will extend the utility of the program. This complement is provided by the company that manages the CE3X software, which is Efinovatic.

Pre-installation requirements
Of course, we have to have the latest version of CE3X installed whose operating needs are:
- The minimum operating system is Windows 7
- That the running user can reach the administrator permissions
How do you install?
Once we have the latest version of CE3X installed (As of this article, we are in Version 2.3). We will have to download the plugin installer and run it (preferably with CE3X closed). Later, when you re-enter the program, the option "Energy certification of new buildings" will appear in the "Accessories" menu.

All types of existing buildings can be certified:residential, small tertiary and large tertiary. Without good, fornew buildings, can only be used beforeresidential buildings and thesmall tertiary buildings, remaining out of reach of CE3X only the new large tertiary buildings. It is understood that small tertiary is one that has an installed thermal power of less than 70 kW.
The program itself will check if the conditions and limitations are met. In the event that any of the circumstances that prevent the issuance of the certificate is breached, the program will notify you with a Notice:
Beware! Even if a Notice appears, it will let us continue, because there is a possibility that it is certifying the certificate for a small premises or office that is connected to a boiler that serves the entire building.
